If your first outlet haas an outstanding track record, and LICHT FAR EAST (S) PTE LTD is confident that another outlet has a high potential to succeed, you can buy more than one franchise. How long will my franchise agreement last? The initial term is five (5) years. As long as you continue to produce winning results for both yourself and LICHT FAR EAST (S) Pte Ltd, we will be more than happy to carry on working with you as our franchisee. What about advertising? LICHT FAR EAST (S) PTE LTD will plan the advertising schedule, and you will participate in the program. Your advertising contribution, based on three per cent of the gross sales of your franchise will be held in a fund for national advertising efforts. You will also be provided with all the neccessary materials to advertise your outlet. Must I buy equipment and supplies from LICHT FAR EAST (S) PTE LTD? Yes. As we are particular about the equipment and supplies used, you are required to buy all materials needed for sale or administrative use involving the MEDITERRANEA franchise from us. Must I carry the MEDITERREANEA name? Yes. However, to differentiate your status as a franchise business owner, your namecard will be qualified with the name of your business or company as a franchisee. Do I receive assistance in starting my franchise program? Yes. We will guide you every step of the way before you start your operations. Will I receive help after starting my franchise operations? Yes. You will be provided with on-going consultation and assistance for the life of your franchise. In addition, you will receive the confidential MEDITERREANEA franchise operations manual. As the manual is updated, revisions and inserts will be made available to you. You will also receive company bulletins containing useful management information about important events in the industry. Unlike other franchises, there will be no Franchise Management Contribution Fee. However, we will continue to assist you with operational management. You will also receive continuous upgrading training, at cost, to keep you updated on the latest MEDITERREANEA techniques, treatments and products. Do you offer a finance program? On a case by case basis, we can provide financial assistance to qualified applicants to allow them to spread their initial franchise fee. I am interested. How do I get more information?
